Napoleon and his catWaterloo

Napoleon along with other dictators, Mussolini, Hitler, Genghis Khan, and Julius Caesar have tyranny and a thirst for world domination in common. All are reputed to  have suffered from ailurophobia - the fear of cats - terror-struck by pussycats. Here we have a younger, thinner Napoleon who has mistaken his cat for a hat and is just becoming aware of his mistake. The cat’s name - “Waterloo” of course.
